BWXT is currently seeking an SAP Supply Chain Functional Analyst for its Erwin, TN location (On-site)! We are seeking a talented SAP ERP Supply Chain Functional Analyst specializing in Procurement to join our company-wide SAP support team.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
You will play a crucial role in optimizing and enhancing our procurement processes within the SAP environment within the business unit and within BWXT.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, end-users, and stakeholders to analyze business requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices in procurement processes.
Responsibilities include:
Configure SAP ERP system to implement procurement processes and functionalities.
Conduct thorough analysis of current procurement workflows and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document procurement process requirements.
Design SAP solutions to meet procurement business requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams for any necessary customizations or enhancements.
Lead and participate in the implementation of SAP ERP Procurement solutions.
Conduct thorough testing of configured solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are free of defects.
Provide training to end-users on new or updated procurement processes.
Offer ongoing support to resolve procurement-related issues and ensure smooth system operation.
Create comprehensive documentation for implemented SAP ERP solutions, configurations, and processes.
Maintain up-to-date documentation for future reference and training purposes.
Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in procurement processes and system functionalities.
Stay informed about SAP updates and best practices in procurement.
Minimum job requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Must possess at least 10 years of related experience.
Proficient in SAP configurationBusiness process experience in SAP materials management and warehouse management modulesIntegration knowledge of finance, production planning, project system, quality management and plant maintenance modules.
Strong ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products.
Proven troubleshooting skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and technologies.
Demonstrate superior written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a rapidly changing environment.
Ability to report to work at an assigned office location in Erwin, TN.
This is a fully onsite position.
Must be a U.
S.
citizen with no dual citizenship.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.
S.
Department of Energy (DOE) clearance.

Benefits:
The SAP Supply Chain Functional Analyst will work a 9/80 work week while receiving market leading pay, paid time off, paid winter holiday shutdown, educational refund plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance options and service-based retirement contributions with additional 401k match.
The base salary range for this position in Tennessee (US-TN) at the start of employment is expected to be between $81,000 and $123,000 per year.
However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors, and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits.
Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided at such time the selected job candidate receives an offer of employment.
If hired, the selected job candidate will be employed 'at-will,' unless employed at a location and in a position subject to a collective bargaining agreement.
The company further reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment, compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and other market factors.
