We have an opening on a 12 hour night shift (6PM-6 AM; Full-Time/Part-Time) You will be responsible for providing patient care for our elders, including Administering medications and treatments; Monitoring and Assessing patient condition; Collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans; Document patient information accurately and timely using electronic health record systems-Point Click Care; Adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Prior longterm care experience highly preferred with a background in working with those afflicted with dementia; Must have a Registered Nurse License in good standing in the state of Tennessee; Be proficient in medical documentation utilizing an electronic medical record system; have the ability to lift and move patients safely.
Must be able to pass a criminal background and pre-employment drug screening.
