Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team.
As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
If you have a passion for flowers and a keen eye for design, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, and funerals - Assist customers in selecting the perfect floral arrangements based on their preferences and budget - Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and other floral supplies - Arrange flowers in vases, baskets, or other containers using different techniques and styles - Ensure that all floral arrangements are of high quality and meet customer expectations - Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, taking orders, quoting orders and addressing any concerns or issues - Collaborate with the team to develop new floral designs and stay updated on the latest industry trends - Assist with general shop duties such as cleaning work areas and organizing inventory
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Floral Designer or in a similar role - Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage - Strong artistic abilities with an eye for color, texture, and composition - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients - Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and cash register operations - Flexibility to work weekends or holidays as needed If you have a passion for floral design and enjoy creating beautiful arrangements that bring joy to others, we would love to hear from you.
