Responsibilities:
Provide critical support to paralegals, associates and partners Work with attorneys on federal and state cases from the point of intake through final disposition Prepare and file legal documents via ECF Manage attorney docket/calendar Enter attorney time Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must have at least 3-4 years' experience as litigation legal secretary (plaintiff or defense, they do both) Proficient knowledge of Microsoft 365 Word, Excel and PowerPoint (experience with styles a huge plus) Superior written/oral communication and organizational skills essential Must be detail oriented, poised and able to thrive in fast-paced environment Ability to manage day-to-day assigned work w/minimal supervision Available to work extended hours when necessary Position Details:

40 hours a week w/minimal overtime required Location:
Position is fully remote, but candidates must reside in Washington.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Legal & RegulatoryEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
