Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect patient care in a variety of healthcare settings - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs, lab results, and symptoms - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans - Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive care measures - Document patient information accurately and timely using electronic health record systems such as eClinicalWorks and Athenahealth - Adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment - Assist with medical procedures such as sonography, neonatal ventilator management, and medical imaging - Provide health coaching to promote wellness and disease prevention
Experience:
