Human Resources Generalist - Nuclear Fuel Services - Erwin, TN

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the development of HR policies and procedures specific to the facility.
  • Providing staffing services including workforce planning, administration of staffing-related processes, onboarding facilitation and assisting with orientation. Conducting HR-related training where necessary.
  • Assisting management in Talent Management and Development activities.
  • Consulting with management on compensation planning.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least of one year of related experience is required.
  • Experience in talent development/staffing administration is preferred.

Citizenship (with no dual citizenship) and ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance which involves an extensive criminal and financial background investigation,drug test and previous employment reference verifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
